If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 28 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange.
Please return your item in the original packaging where possible. Please note, all items for refund or exchange should be both unwashed and in a re-sellable condition with tags attached.
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.
How to Return an Item?
Not quite right? If you’re looking to make a return, don’t worry returns are free & easy and can be completed by simply emailing us.
To make an online return, follow these easy steps:
- Email email@example.com
- A pre-paid shipping label and a return receipt will be generated for you and emailed to you directly
- Print the shipping label and return receipt
- Place your item(s) in the reusable bag
- Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible
- Drop off at your nearest Post office
Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage. Following an inspection, please allow up to 28 business days for us to process your exchange or refund.
